The potential

We have booked the accommodation weeks in advance, paid for it, were in contact with host, they gave us all the instructions for check in etc. When we arrived on planed date and time we entered DIRTY/NOT CLEANED room. We immediately contacted the host to check if there was some problem or mistake and received an answer half hour later that they had an issue with booking platform/overbooking and that unfortunately they had to cancel our reservation. Since we were already IN THE APPARTMENT with no other place to stay we asked for problem-solving and he told us that they were checking with booking. Within the next hour I received cancellation of our already paid reservation with information that the amount will be refunded and that someone from booking customer support would get in contact with us. Of course at the moment there were only left options either more than 10 kilometers away from city centre or were not matching the criteria we used when we made our initial reservation. Not to mention that we had to change our plans, changed the city and lost half day on valentines day... We find very unprofessional both the cancellation and the solution that we were given from the host and booking and we suppose that it was a problem with cleaning service and bad organisation and NOT AN OVERBOOKING PROBLEM because the appratment was left available for booking for following days.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν βολική γιατί ήταν διπλα σε στάση του Μετρό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν φωτεινό, καθαρό και άνετο.

Δεν υπήρχε καθόλου ηχομόνωση και ακούγαμε τα πάντα από τα άλλα δωμάτια. Η είσοδος στο κτίριο είναι βρώμικη, το ασανσέρ μύριζε, γενικά άσχημη πρώτη εικόνα.

L' appartement est très bien équipé et central, propre et avec un matelas très confortable, en plus pour un séjour de plus de 5 jours ils offrent un nettoyage et changement de serviettes, j' ai bien aimé

L' appartement est sur une route très passante donc un peu brillant et les rideaux laissent passer la lumière mais ça n a pas été un problème pour moi, je porte toujours un masque et des boucs de caisse

The terrace, great water pressure, and we'll equipped with utensils. Very accommodating host, Thanos. Good directions and location. Safe and peaceful
