Naya Ixia Rhodes Apartment

Це дуже зручні аппартаменти! Є все необхідне для довгострокового комфортного перебування. Кожна кімната обладнана кондиціонером та балконом. Є праска та фен. Зручні ліжка. На кухні є все необхідне сіль, олія, спеції та посуд для приготування. George дуже турботливий господар, весь час був на зв'язку. По приїзду на нас у холодильнику чекала пляшка віна, хліб, ковбаса з сиром та фрукти. Місто розташування чудове! На березі моря! Поряд пляж отелю Avra. В 5 хвилинах пішки великий супермаркет та кафешки. Все дуже сподобалось! Рекомендую!

Great apartment with a very good kitchen and a nice living room. Suitable for couples, families, groups of friends, and especially for longer stays. It was home away from home - would recommend for everyone!

Very well equipped apartment. Comfortable beds, air conditioning in each bedroom and living room, well-equipped kitchen. Also nice that there are beach towels, parasols and water mattresses left behind by previous guests. Location was also good, within walking distance of the pebble beach, so we could go home and have lunch at home. The beach is not equipped with sunbeds and is used by locals. There are water sports activities on the beach. Beach shoes are recommended, as it is painful to enter/exit in/out of the water. Otherwise, the water is lovely and the wind makes it pleasant to be on the beach. By walking west along the beach, there are also free shower. The apartment is within walking distance of a larger «Spar» foodstore. There is also a fruit and vegetable outlet nearby. It is about 7-10 minutes to walk to the bakery with the most amazing selection of baked goods.

Apartment has 3 balconies, but we could only use one of these, because the others were occupied by pigeons. It helps to secure plastic bags flapping in the wind to keep the pigeons away. And that's how we "took back" the one balcony. This wasn't really a problem during the stay, but more like a small annoyance that didn't quite fit with the otherwise fantastic apartment.

George is an excellent host, very helpful and caring about his guests. The apartment has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, blackout shutters, TV. Great location, close to the beach, restaurants, shops.

My daughter and I stayed at the Naya Ixia apartment for two weeks and had an amazing time. The apartment is very spacious, it's bigger than the pictures make it seem. It has everything needed for a short or long-term stay - appliances, supplies, etc. lots of parking space and an amazing view from the living-room window. It has three AC units for the hot summer days. It's super close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's also very quiet, ideal for a relaxing stay. George, the host is amazing. We were scheduled to arrive during the summer wild fires, and I was very concerned, however, George put my mind at ease, and everything was indeed, absolutely safe. The communication was ongoing days before we arrived. During the stay, George asked whether we needed anything every other day, was very responsive, and took care of everything. We felt very comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend this apartment and will be back myself next year :)
