Location good, very near to the beach, very clean, but the mattress was so bad I can't describe it. I travel a lot and always choose budget prices but never slept in mattress like that.

I like the location of facilities. It’s just near one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia. The garden is huge and would be a good playground for children. Staff is well interested in keeping you happy.

Beds are terrible. Kitchen tools are not in very good condition.

Everything was perfect, the location of the house is 2 min to the one of the most beautiful beaches on Sithonia, the apartmant was very clean, equiped with everything you need for the perfect holiday.

Someone mentioned that property is literally at the beach, and I agree if you count 50 meters vicinity. You can actually go straight in your swim suit, if you go to the nearest beach point. I would also emphasize the bed comfort (I slept worse in some hotels), plenty of parking, quite area, amenities in the apartment. The a/c works perfectly, and the wi-fi was not actually that bad at all, although it can be better. The cleaning lady is there if you need your room to be cleaned more frequently. If you like to go for a walk and a dinner to the port, dont bother starting a car, as its a pleasant short walk (7min) to the spot. "Aristos" fish restaurant is a must visit. Now the hosts - in one word amazing! I have not had such a warming hospitality for a long time. Valentino and his sister are there to help you with all you need. Let me just tell you that I decided to return earlier one day due to bad weather, and they gave me back the money for one night, as they have 'money back policy' in such cases. Highly recommended.
