Location, view, facilities. Ria was very helpful.

Incredibly wonderful apartment and 270 degree views. Ria, the owner of the place, is amazingly helpful. An absolute recommendation as a place to stay in the old town! The pictures don't lie at all! Quiet area, but plenty of nice tavernas nearby. It's great to have an adventure in the labyrinthine alleys of the old town. There are quite a lot of stairs, but not too often. It's good getting ready to climb to the fourth floor. But it's definitely worth it!

The location and the terrace was a dream!

Everything was perfect!

The apartement is in the heart of Corfu town, close to everything, and it has un unbelievable seaview.

The location is perfect - easy to walk everywhere - and the panoramic view is absolutely spectacular. We couldn't take enough photos of the sea to one side and old town to the other! And although we didn't meet owner Ria in person, she responded to our issues immediately, with kindness. We enjoyed the pre-packed croissants, too. However, the pics and description don't show that it's a studio flat, NOT a one-bedroom apartment with a separate living room for another person to sleep in on the couch. It's open plan, with no door separating the two small rooms, which made it embarrassingly intimate for us, as a couple, effectively sharing a room with a friend we don't know well. They had to walk past our bed to go to the bathroom in the night! To be fair, Ria offered to try to find us suitable alternative accommodation - but we wanted to wake up to that amazing view! More worryingly, the whole place was shockingly dirty, and I'm amazed other guests haven't mentioned this. Maybe we were unlucky.

Ria insisted that her cleaner returned after we sent pics, but it was clearly perfunctory because even AFTER this there were still grubby food remnants inside and outside the fridge, with numerous grubby ornaments and almost-empty bottles of shampoo etc. The bedside tables were also filthy, which I didn't notice until I got into bed, but made me feel sick and anxious. The place is jam-packed with former guests' discarded items, doubtless left for the benefit of future guests - but each collecting dirt. Obviously, I can't 100% pin this on the accommodation, but the immaculate villa we'd stayed in for a week before caused no issues, yet two days after staying at the Roof Garden, back home, I have bedbug bites. I am not normally a complainer, and hope Ria takes on board that the accommodation desperately needs a proper deep clean, and an amended description. And as an aside, we weren't offered any refund as compensation, which we thought would have been appropriate.

Great view. Ria couldn’t have been more helpful. She organised our pick up & drop off from/to the airport. Biscuits and breakfast treats awaited us.

Lots of stairs but we’ll worth the view

Roof Garden house is an exceptional place to stay. The landscape is stunning, a view from different windows of each Corfu fort and prime ocean front makes the several flights of stairs worth the climb. The location in Corfu town is perfect. Ria is a fabulously helpful and kind host.

Authentic greek old town vibes. Incredible views. Lots of tea, coffee, and breakfast facilities. Beautiful, well maintained room. Incredible roof top balcony with comfy deck chairs and seats. Beach clubs within walking distance. Airport is a stones throw away. No prolonged travel to the destination. Helpful friendly owner who kept in regular communication.

There us nothing I didn't like. I hope to stay here in the future.

Great little apt, very well furnished, wonderful views from kitchen and large outdoor terrace. Host is very kind, communicative and informative to ensure check in/out was seamless and easy. Our stay was very comfortable. Host provides many thoughtful snacks and kitchen amenities. Free parking on street is fairly easy to find. Close to everything while still providing quiet away from the noise of inside the old town.

There are five flights up a narrow windy staircase to reach it. Getting this type of view with no elevator is very common in Greece, so we were prepared for that and it wasn’t really a problem for us. I do want to call it out though for awareness, as Corfu does get hot and very humid and if you have heavy luggage to haul up there by yourself, it’s something to consider.

No breakfast provided. Facilities were fantastic everything you needed for your stay. Roof terrace just wow!

Stairs unto the apartment were hard going but totally worth it for the views!
