We loved the concept of the prosperity, the privacy, proximity to the sea and the almost private beach, the homey apartment, all above made us feel at home. We loved it and we can’t wait to be back. Definitely a gem!

Exceptional villa with great location if you want to really relax, enjoy the pool and the sea. Strategically located to explore south Chania and Rethymno with numerous famous beaches nearby. As we know the area very well, we didn't venture out at all. We simply enjoyed the pool and the beach. The taverna's within two minutes walk are also very good for a simple good quality meal. The hosts are both very hospitable and very discreet. Upon arrival we had everything we needed for a long weekend break. I could easily see us there for a week of absolute relaxation.

This location was the entire reason that we stayed in southern Crete. I fell in love with the images online and had to stay there with my family. We could have stayed forever. The owners were very communicative and brought my children gifts. I have never stayed in such a beautiful and peaceful place. I will go back here one day!

nothing- everything was perfect!

The location and the view! In the end of April the plunge pool is still a bit cold, nevertheless we enjoyed it a lot (coming from a colder place). It’s just such a wonderful place to relax and listen to the sound of the ocean. Absolutely would love to come back again!!

Amizing amizing place to be

This place is a paradise! It was exactly what we were looking for and what we needed! It was very quiet and laid back, the sea view is fantastic. We loved the private pool and the modern interior of the villa. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Asimina (and her lovely family) was there for our check-in and check-out and even put some food and drinks in the fridge when we arrived. Everything was very clean and Maria the housekeeper takes care of everything. There is a taverna (Zorbas) close to the apartment with awesome food and lovely owners. Perfect place to relax! We will come back :)

The place is fantastic for relaxed holidays without mass tourism in sight. Perfect pool, lots of great beaches in the area. Restaurants with good local food in the closest vicinity. But you definitely need a car to get there.
