Salvia Luxury Collection Suites

This was probably one of the best vacation homes we have ever stayed in Europe. Amazing view from every corner in the suite, followed by the sound of the waves. The hosts did everything to make the stay extra comfortable.

The location and facilities. Away from any tourist crowds. The pool and beach just outside our door. The family who owns the place showed such care and kindness to us throughout our stay. We can’t wait to return.

This place is beautiful, you will need a car to explore, the views amazing, loads of lovely places to eat, great place to relax.

Bed was to hard for me (my husband liked it) the lack of real storage for clothes needs real wardrobe and chest of units.

We had a wonderful stay at Salvia. Our host, Asimina, was excellent at communicating with us and made our check in and out pleasant. Both her and Maria were very kind and provided excellent service along with some extra goodies. The suite was outstanding and the ocean view was fabulous. We also loved the local dining experiences here and would recommend Salvia highly.

We had some minor issues with a lack of hot water but the system was fine after some service workers arrived.

We began our Crete holiday here and it was the best accommodation of our 8 night stay. Asimina was the loveliest host. She greeted us promptly upon arrival with a selection of local produce and wine which was the icing on the cake. Exactly what we needed to unwind from the hustle and bustle of London. The bathroom, living area, and bedroom were all the perfect size. Lovely rainfall shower with a window to let out the humidity (a detail most places miss). The pool and terrace were flawless. Each night we strolled down to the local taverna to eat and drink listening to the sound of the waves while watching the sunset. Spectacular.

We will struggle to find any negatives but if we have to... a ramp would be a good addition from the parking area to the accommodation rather than the stairs with gravel. We were fine on the stairs but I could imagine some might struggle on them. Maybe a privacy fence in front of the cars, again if I am being picky. I prefer a hard bed and I sank into this one a bit -- it may have been a memory foam bed?

Beautiful holiday home with perfect location, warm sea, just few steps, nice, large pool where we could all swim. Sea was not crowded, like a private beach. Our host Asimina was so frendly and great. We came late, after long day, exhausted, she bought groceries for our kids to eat next morning, as we didnt have time to shop. Right next to suit is seaside Taverna, with best greek salad. I would love to come back , really.
