"Great stay, great location!"

Super location close to city centre, with shops, sights and restaurants. Also near the Quay for its bars and restaurants. It easy to get to Exeter uni (we were there for an open day) - took an Uber in morning £9, and dandered back down. Spotless room and bathroom, everything we needed, tea coffee in room, toiletries etc. Smooth checkin, we arrived earlier than expected, but room was ready. Breakfast was adequate, with to-go cups and bags if you were in a hurry. Nice wee bar for a nightcap after dinner and reasonably priced.

Nothing, the breakfast was only just sufficient, but I knew that from staying in other Holiday Inn Express locations.
