Spacious Family Apartment with Large Terrace - City Center, Quiet Area

It is a big apartment with potential but is bad maintained. Check in was easy.

Toilets and bathrooms were not clean, peed and not properly maintained, even though it had a strap saying “sanitized”. Kitchen utensils also not clean so it was a little disgusting. House had many deficiencies, like the door handle broken, stove broken, sofas broken, one of the toilet seats broken etc, so it is a shame that with the potential of this big apartment it is not well taken care of. I can’t recommend it because all of this. Also it could be offered more pillows and at least better quality, unfortunately we did not feel comfortable at all. I hope my negative review is taken into consideration and the hostess fix this issues.

there was broken furniture and the toilet seats were broken, The landlord said it had happened recently and could not be fixed however I found this not to be credible.

Very comfortable appartment and size, clean, well equipped kitchen

This apartment is truly one of a kind . Very spacious , the terrace is as long as the apartment, I loved it

Don't get spooked by the buildings common area ( stairs and lift) the inside is very modern

Some maintenance is missing. The sofa in-the leaving room was broken. The door handle is coming out from the inside and the A/C in the leaving room showed some error and stopped working for 16 deg. It was working well above 19 deg. All small staff that did not bother us too much and the owner was responsive for our claims. I believe he will fix those

The apartment was spacious and had a great balcony. Location was also very good and host was very friendly and helpful.

The door to the hallway was a bit tricky to open. You need to gently wiggle the key while you pull it back from the lock. The host was very helpful and came to the apartment to teach us how to open the door :). The sofabed was a bit uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep on, but did it's job for few nights.

This was a special trip for our family and the apartment was the perfect fit for it. Everything was great - the interior, the cleanliness, the warm welcome and the great assistance that the host provided us. There was also a very convenienet underground parking nearby, where we just parked and forgot any worries regarding the car. We will definitely not only recommend it, but will make sure to reuse it some other time when we decide to visit the spledid town of Thessaloniki!

Well presented internally with a very large balcony. The apartment provided us with plenty of space and was very comfortable.

A few maintenance issues, front door handle coming off, shower head and lights on balcony area not working.
