Villa Zoi

We stayed three of us in a studio with double bed and sofa bed. It was a great value for our time of the year and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The balcony is a nice size with chairs and table. There is a mini fridge with small freezer, mini kitchenette (only stovetop, no oven), utensils, some cooking pots/pans. The A/C/Heating worked well. Parking was free right in front of the villa during non-peak season. The location is great, on the southern side of Paralia and literally half-block from the beach. Everything is walkable in this small beach town. Again, the best part of this place is the value for money; couldn't beat this price.

There were a few items that were missing from the kitchen like a spatula, salt/pepper, cooking oil, but we managed. And i guess it was not listed, so it was not required. The listing said there is a coffee machine, but there wasn't one (actually, we found the machine under the sink, but the actual coffee pot was missing). Our only one small complaint was that there is no shower curtain, so after shower it will have water on the floor. If there was a small squeegee where you can slide all the water to the drain, that would have helped. We managed with our towels and a mop that is in the apartment, but it was a little inconvenient. Otherwise, a great place with great value.

The location is good, close to the beach, which is great for the summer season.

The apartment was too cramped for four people, and it smelled of mold, which was quite unpleasant. There were no amenities at all—for example, no bedside tables or any place to put our clothes. In fact, there was only one small wardrobe, which wasn’t enough for anything. I wanted to use one of the blankets that had been left for us, and when I picked it up, it turned out to be full of sand. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Everything was fine.

The bedsheets and towels were clean.

For starters, the door knob was broken, there was furniture missing, like night stands, but there was furniture that made no sense, like a very stained and too big for the room, coffee table and a sofa. We had to move the bed away from the wall to be able to get in it, which exposed the dirt behind it. The bed was the worst I have ever sleeped in! I woke up with severe back pain. The room smelled bad and had to air it often. The panelling on the wall was very badly done, exposing the nails. The toilet was snuck in between a thick semi shower wall and the bathroom wall. If you're not anorexic, you can barely whipe you're .... There are no glasses in the cupboard but only 3 cups of which two were dirty and one chipped. I cannot imagine that during the high season, someone will pay more than 30 euro for this room!
