The accommodation was excellent. My issue was with the booking customer service. One response was good, the other unhelpful and incorrect.

We had a lovely time. The host took very good care of me and my family. Can warmly recommend it for anyone traveling to Kini

The location is really good, close to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were very accomodating and attentive. They even gave us complimentary wine for our honeymoon

The property is a minutes walk from the seafront, convenient for the beach, restaurants and bars and there’s a shop across the road. It’s tucked away from the road so very quiet. It’s beautifully decorated and presented, with a lovely patio that looks onto a small orchard. There is a roof terrace with seating areas and sun loungers. It’s very clean and Mrs Maria and her husband were there every day making sure we had everything we needed. It was our second time staying and we look forward to coming again, very happy to recommend Magnolia Senses.

Great, calm location in Kini - close to everything! Very nice patio for breakfast and afternoon relaxation, overviewing the garden. Friendly and communicative hostess.

The place was nicely situated in a quiet side ally right next to Kini beach and the restaurants, there's a mini market nearby. Very convenient. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

Our hosts were so nice, they couldnt have been kinder. They even droppoed us back to our ferey when our Taxi was late. We got lots of little gifts of wine fruit and local sweets. 100% t ank you 💞
