Ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό και πολύ φωτεινό και άνετο .Είχε χώρο για πάρκινγκ και δεν χρειαζόταν να ψάχνεις. Ήσυχη γειτονιά,εύκολη πρόσβαση.Ειχε τα πάντα κοντά.
