Very large, comfortable and clean. Great location - not too busy/touristy. Vivian, the hostess, was amazing!

The flat we got (Hermes) does not have a hot tub and is very much under-ground, so no view. Not the end of the world, but something worth noting

Too few coffee capsules, one wine glas was not clean. Balcony not that cosy. The roof 360° should be open.

The place was absolutely stunning, it was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfy, we literally had everything we needed. A bottle of wine was waiting in the fridge. The hot tub was perfect, given the fact that Pyrgos is rather far from the sea. It's a perfect place to serve as base for exploring Santorini.

The checkin-checkout times are not the best, given the Greek sun. I understand that they need time to clean the rooms, but an 15:00 checkout and an 11:00 checkout is not ideal for Greece (we arrived during a heatwave and had to kill a few hours in the tiny village of Pyrgos, which was not easy). I am not complaining per se, as I know this is common practice nowadays, but flexible hours would have made the place perfect.

The house is in a beautiful part of the island. Pyrgos is definitely worth visiting and we loved staying in the town. The room was spacious and clean, had good finishes and details and a welcome plate of fruit with a bottle of local wine.

The host was pushy before arriving about booking trips and transport for us, he was short and abrupt in person and unwilling to help when we had questions about the description online versus what the premium suite actually has. It was NOT as advertised and had NO sunset views (or any views actually) and many of the facilities mentioned (private beach) are not true. The hotel has no beach, there are no private beaches on the island - they just mean a beach open to the public that is quiet. There are many things they list as specific to the property that are a) island-wide and b) additional cost etc. we were unhappy with the advertised description versus what you get.

we arrived at night, Mr. Kimon was very pleasant and helpful he contact us before our travel and helped us with Airport transportation, he meet us on the flat location help us with luggage carrying as the flat at higher level. the flat was very big and clean with indoor covered jacuzzi which give it privacy. the breakfast restaurant had great view to the see. there is restaurant, shops near the location

Beautiful place with very kind and helpfull people running it. More beautiful than on the photographs. Water is reffiled daily and wine and fruits are for welcome. You can count on Kinon to provide all the info and organization you need.
