Maria's modern studio 5min from beach

The property is in a safe neighborhood and the host lives nearby so he is accessible in case anything happens. Looks exactly like the pictures, the kitchen is small but just enough for a short trip. Includes amenities like dish soap, ironing board, washing machine, drying rack, great AC, good hairdryer etc. The host was very hospitable and left water and wine in the fridge as a welcome.

Property has some room for improvement. The oven started smoking when we put it on grill, the host switched it to oven but it took 30 minutes and didnt even pre-heat to 50degrees. We would have appreciated if we were provided with extra trash bags and toilet paper as they were not enough, we had to buy. The matress and pillow are quite uncomfortable for a weeks stay as the springs hurt our backs. Finally a dish towel was not provided so we had to use one of the four towels we were provided to drythe dishes. We believe with alittle more minor improvements this place can bump the rating up to a 9 easily.

It was too good. Better than the pictures and of course a way beyond expectations. I was travelling around Chania and had to book a few properties but to my surprise none of them were like what I expected from the pictures. In this one the host was warm and welcoming. The apartment was nice and clean and I even got a bit of a grocery to begin with. Some welcome drinks, snacks and so on. He was so kind and was just one message away. I got immediate responses whenever I tried to reach out. I had to come early and it was also arranged. I had an early flight so I even asked him to drop me off and for a very little fee he dropped me at the airport and even waited for me for several minutes. He was so kind that I even asked for a few more things and it was provided to me immediately. We communicated in English so that also added a bit of comfort for me.

There is always something that we don't like but this one was just amazing. Nothing to complain about.

The studio looks just like the pictures, everything is very clean and even the towels smell really nice. The host waited us with water, juices, tea and other small things in the frigde that were really helpful on the first day. The host is really nice, always there to help you if needed, he actually help us in finding what to buy at the pharmacy for sun burns. We do recomand to ret a car if you stay there and want to visit the amazing island of Crete.

The host was great and very helpful. The apartment is exactly like the photos. It was well equipped and we particularly appreciated the washing machine. We had a wonderful time, the apartment is close to Chania and a lot of great beaches.

The property was good bat the owner’s behavior wasn’t

Unfortunately our child got sick. we asked the owner to cancel the last day of our accommodation but he denied because he didn’t want to give us the money for one day. He said that booking platform doesn’t give him the right to do that… which was a big lie…

Modern, bright, very clean, well equipped, with space outside to have dinner or an early breakfast. The host was very friendly and hospitable. In a quiet area, close to a bakery, one of the cheapest gas stations around Chania and close to the main national road which was a plus for our daily trips.

The location is maybe 5 min from the beach by car (as advertised), but walking there takes about 30 minutes. The kettle is way too small and weird (never seen that kind of).
