Location is perfect for going to the beach and going into town. Easy check-in and perfect communication with the host. Bins were emptied twice during out 1 week stay. Also, bed was made. Price was really good, so that I woluf totally book again if I went with a friend and just used the room to sleep. Wouldn't want to hang out there a lot though.

Smell from the bathroom drain is sometimes really bad. Must have something to do with the plumbing. It's gone after running some water. But during the night and when you have been gone for a while it stinks. The bed was super hard, so for it being positive you must really like a very firm mattress. Thought the room would be much bigger according to the photos. But I guess we got the smallest room. Could have been my mistake during booking.

Convenient location in old town area of Rethymno, close to the beautiful beach and the town for restaurants, cafes and shops. The room had a good sized balcony looking over the rooftops and could see the mountains in background, and was sunny position in morning and much of the day. . It was on 2nd floor, so was elevated, not too noisy considering it was in the town, actually fairly quiet on balance. Clean comfortable room with decent facilities and Wifi. The bathroom was a little small, but was okay. Interior decor was modern, functional, minimalist, and tasteful. It was on 2nd floor, so 2 flights of stairs to climb, but wasn't a problem for us, but worth knowing about. I would return if I'm in Rethymno again. We enjoyed our stay very much and Rethymno is a lovely town.

Location, delightful space, helpful staff

Thank you Katerina, you are a wonderful host. I'm in Greece for 5 weeks and this apartment has been a highlight. It is exceptionally well situated in the waterfront and with daybeds on the terrace, a great place to take in that action (even in March). Katerina responded quickly to my question and needs. It was a terrific stay!

The tap water tasted weird and the bathroom is not made for tall (>175cm) people, a few more hangers for towels would have been nice as well.

One of the nicest places I stayed in Rethymno old town. Spacious rooms with ample sitting area and massive terrace overlooking the sea (and sunbeds!). The view is absolutely breathtaking. Facilities were great, everything worked flawlessly. Fully equipped kitchen for whoever interested. I can’t praise it enough and I can’t wait to return next year!
