Very comfortable massionette, relatively new, fully equipped. The landlady is pleasant and very discreet.

The pool could be bigger and deeper, it is like this for smaller children. No sponge and detergent will be waiting for you in the apartment

Clean. Apartment is nice. Good looking building, nice yard. Suitable for kids. Large pool. Well maintained apartments. We will come again for sure.

Nothing special

Bed was comfortable. There were enough parking places for all of the guest cars. There was plenty of hot water. Sheets were changed every 2-3 days. Huge fridge, with huge freezer compartment. Siphon in the bathroom was draining well.

There weren't mosquito nets for 2 of the windows, and all types of insects, not only mosquitos could enter, including lizards. The shower cabin was so small, that it was extremely difficult to enter and take a bath. Walls were so thin that you could hear voices from every where, the sides and the ceiling. People weren't keeping the quiet hours, and were talking on the terraces till late after midnight. There is a huge noise from the main street infront, as all of the bedrooms are facing towards it, I had the feeling I am on the highway. I was on the first floor, and felt that I had all but no privacy at all. Had to constantly pull the curtains and close the doors. People were staring inside not only from the other guests, but from passers by on the main street through the fence. Didn't feel very comfortable even from small things like not enough electricity oulets, sinks that spray water, having to open the fridge on the reverse.

Above satisfaction! Facility clean , nice, modern. Hostess extremely nice! Property near the beach with a very beautiful and well maintained outdoor swimming pool. Highly recommended !!

Nice balcony and swimming pool, good size apartment

The walls are paper-thin, we could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms. We were woken up at 7 am every morning by the neighbours going on about their daily business. They were not particularly noisy, it just felt as if they were living in our apartment. If you need peace and quiet, you should probably avoid this property.

The resort is gorgeous, very clean, the yard is very beautiful, with a swimming pool, trampoline for children, barbecue facilities, free parking dedicated for the property's guests. The hosts are amazing, they did everything to make our stay a very welcoming one. We visited several beaches (Fava,Kalogria,Kastri,Karydi) where the water, the view and the atmosphere make you want to come back to Nikiti, and again the wonderful hosts :).

Everything was just fine.

It's not close to the beach.
