The property was in an excellent location, situated right near the main square. Beautiful property, well maintained and a very homely feeling that gives you a good vibe. Excellent host as well Nikitas!

This is the most comfortable stay throughout our trip in Greece. Sparkly clean, well-furnished with keen attention paid to details, centrally located - just a short walk to bus station and restaurants. And top it off with the very kind and warm host who is the most helpful and happy to share about the house. Would stay here again the next time we come Fira!

We loved everything about our stay at the Grand-Mere Calliope! First, the host (and apartment owner), Nikitas communicated with us extensively prior to our arrival at the property. He arranged a taxi to meet us at the airport and take us to the property. And he was waiting at the property when we arrived. He showed us around the apartment and sat down in the living room to just chat with us. This made us feel very special that he would take quite a bit of time to get to know us. Many snacks and a bottle of wine were provided for my wife and I as well. Second, the apartment was FANTASTIC! Nikitas recently remodeled all the apartments in his building and they turned out wonderfully! Nikitas' pride regarding his apartment is evident with the recent remodel. Top materials and craftsmanship was used in the remodel. The apartment is well laid-out and very functional. The apartment was very quiet and close to the center of Fira; just a ten minute walk to the middle of town. We will definitely stay at Nikitas' property again in the future!

Location is perfect to restaurants, main bus stop and supermarkets. You have everything basics in the kitchen for cooking. Clean and spacious flat with patio to enjoy.

This place has exceeded our expectations. The owner personally welcomed us, showed us around and shared with us the history of the house. I was impressed with the architecture of the apartment and how much thought went into designing it. They thought about everything from a fully equipped kitchen to a washmachine/dryer. The apartment was also very spacious. It felt like we could stay there forever. The location was amazing as it was only 5min walk from the local bus station as well as to Fira centre where you will find all the shops, restaurants and amazing cliff views. We would higly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini and want to enjoy a comfortable stay in a home away from home.

Everything was excellent! Nikitas (host) was very attentive . He made our stay very pleasant . The apartment is exactly as show on Booking, super clean, nice size room, washer/dryer. Definitely recommend and looking forward to coming back.

We had such an amazing time in this fabulous apartment in the heart of Fira. The location is unbeatable; you're close to the main square with tons of restaurants and shops and on the main road to explore the island. The apartment itself is gorgeous. It's brand new with everything you need, and the standard is high with a lot of attention to detail. We loved the shower! The apartment is quiet due to the soundproof windows, and the Wi-Fi is good. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the apartment is spacious. We were so happy to find this place and can 100% recommend it. You will be grateful to have chosen this apartment. A very special thanks to the lovely host and manager, Nikitas. Thank you for all your support and your warm welcome. We will come back!
