Matina's house vacation rental in Nafplio

Absolutely wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy and had all the amenities we could have asked for! The location was perfect, close to everything, but still peaceful and relaxing. Our host, Takis, was very welcoming, responsive and made sure we had a great experience. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

The location was brilliant – the video provided made it super easy to find, and you can park right by the apartment so unloading your luggage is a breeze. Plus, it's really quiet. Close to everything.

Booking with an infant was challenging because the apartment was cold on arrival. The radiator started leaking on the first night. I informed the owner, who wasn’t in town, which led to a frustrating back-and-forth about getting a plumber – I ended up fixing it myself. The washing machine, a key reason we chose an apartment, only worked when the key card was in the lock. When I asked for a second card, I was told there wasn’t one available and that we should use only short or overnight programs. For a rate of 100 euros per night, this was unacceptable. We left the apartment and canceled our holiday after just two nights.

Absolutely excellent as a roomy, very well-equipped base for exploring locally and more widely in this part of Greece. Very well placed for beach, free port car park, supermarket and enough tavernas to last you a year. Very friendly hosts and good clear directions. As they make clear, accessed by quite a lot of steps (but nowhere near as many as Palamidi Castle!)

Peaceful, yet everything is right at your feet. I didn't find anywhere else offering this combination of convenience and facilities. Quite comfortable as a base for a long weekend, a week, or even longer. It is easy to drive out to explore this wonderful region. It was also warm, though wintery outside.

It was an excellent accommodation. Perhaps a few more condiments provided, though there were some, and cooking utensils. Clearer directions for emptying trash, and softer notes on the various housekeeping requirements :).

Takis is a great Host and very helpful. All the facilities , the mountain views from the balcony, close to shops , parks restaurants, and harbour .

An exceptional apartment in the heart of beautiful Nafplio. What is there not to love!? The location is perfect - walking distance from everything you could need. The apartment is tastefully set up with brilliant facilities throughout. Takis is kind and an excellent host. We spent our days driving to secluded beaches and evenings strolling the old town. Nothing will top the sunset walks around the headland. We would visit again and again.

We stayed for 5 nights and wish we had stayed for more. It is perfect.
