Homes Eva's garden, Poolside Cozy Havens in Kos

The house is superb, kitchen, fridge all are handy. This is the first time I see a washing machine (and also detergent for machine) in a house. Shower is nice, water flowing steadily and not cooling or getting hotter. There is a pool in the garden (but I have not used it). There is a designated parking space for each flat. I recommend getting there by car.

There were a lot of mosquitos, I killed 5-6 of them inside the house. There is fabric cover on the windows and door not to let them inside. The host provides mosquito repellent (like raid) which is nice.

Large apartment, silent area, close to everything we needed

The welcome was not the nicest one. Key were handed over and bye. Sometimes it had a bad smell outside on the terrace.

This really is a Garden paradise, the grounds and pools are magnificently kept with a beautiful variety of plants. The accommodation houses are compact but perfect for couples, there is also a larger house for families. I totally recommend paying that little extra to have a room with a hot tub, it was one of the highlights of the stay to use this facility very might. All equipment and facilities are of a very high standard and maintained perfectly.

Eva’s Paradise Garden was immaculate. A stunning location with world class views. The host was brilliant on all fronts, very helpful and accommodating! Very quick with information and even gave us a lift into Kos Town when we struggled to get a taxi. The pool is beautiful, the apartment is perfect, and the service is second to none! Would highly recommend to any couple looking for a stress free relaxing holiday.

At a close proximity to both the main town, a seashore village and some of the best beaches of the island this place is a true gem. The rooms are super spacious, stocked with everything you need. Kitchenette, washing machine, you name it. The facilities include a great pool and a paradise garden. Eva is super sweet, she is quick to respond to any questions and has lots of cool insider’s tips. A definite recipe!

Eva is a super nice host, welcomed us with figs from her own garden, helped us arrange a scooter and we could easily reserve a beach bed every day The studio was perfect, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and beautiful garden with the pool outside the studio. We really enjoyed our stay in Kos.
