Dopala nam se lokacija.Kalamaria je miran kraj, dobro povezan javnim prevozim sa centrom Soluna. Stan se nalazi na pesackoj distanci od prelepog parka na obali, marketa i pekara.Dvostarano orjentisan i spavaca i dnevna soba imaju svoj balkon.Obezbedjeno besplatno parkin mesto u dvoristu zgrade.Centralno grejanje, pretoplo je u sanu.Dobro opremnljena kuhinja, ima sve sto bi ste i kuci koristili😀

U stanu nema veš mašine i masine za pranje suđa, ako je to nekom bitno.

Este o opțiune echilibrată , preț, condiții, locație. Se află între Salonic și Perea ( zona de plajă) aproape de aeroport. Are și parcare in spatele blocului, un mare avantaj. Liniște !

Mirosea a fum de țigară, din cauza desigur a unor clienți fără bun simț.

Έντονη μυρωδιά καπνού, σε όλους τους χώρους, ελλειπής καθαριότητα, βρώμικα σκεύη και κακό στρώμα.

Staff was very friendly. They reacted swiftly when we discovered the ac was not working properly and called the technician to solve it. They even brought the ice cream cake to comfort us 😀

Sleeping room doesn't have ac, which was a bit annoying on few nights with higher temperatures.

Great accomodation, I really loved it there and it has a great theme especially for music lovers. The place was very clean when I arrived. Easy and great commonication for the property managers. 10/10 would recommend for anyone that wants a cozy place.

The place was ideal for me, especially since I travelled for work and it was failry close to where I needed to be (5-10 min drive). However, since I needed to be there for work for a long period of time, it would have been nice if there were a washing machine for laundry. Still a 10/10 place, just would have been nice to have since there are no laundry cleaning locations that I could find, also the studio looks like it has the ability (utilities) for a washing maching.
