Merkezi konumda. Otoparkı var.Yakınında 3 tane donanımlı market var. Her gün temizleniyor, havlular değişiyor. Ev sahibi iletişime açık, eskimiş tavanın yenisini isteyince hemen yeni paketli bir tava gönderdi

Özellikle mutfak eşyaları çalışır olmakla beraber çok eski. Tencere tavaların yüzeyi aşınmış.Tabak çanak takımı derme çatma.wi fi zayıf.
