BGThe owners were very kind and explaining. The apartment is at a very quiet place. The apartment is very big , very clean and well designed . We felt like we were at our own place. We truly loved the place , the balcony was also very cozy and big . Bedroom was huge and very comfortable, everything was designed amazing. You can park for free outside without worrying about your car . The center is 4-5 mins away with a car and 15-20 mins walk. Will recommend to friends and anyone who would like to visit Kavala !

MKIt was a great apartment. Two big bedrooms, comfortable with living room and kitchen, everything you need for your stay. The location is 20 min from the center of Kavala and we were going to the nearest beaches with car and walking to the center. We were 3 persons, but i recommend for two couples or family with two or three children.

ROEste curat ai tot ce îți trebuie pentru o vacanta perfecta . Camere sunt mari iar ca si locatie este aproape si de centru ,de plaja de supermarketuri. Gazdele sunt foarte primitoare, ne a facu doamna Elena o tarta cu mere de bun venit. Puteți comunica cu doamna prin e-mail . Recomand cu mare drag !

Toilet without water in the cistern, many times a day. The toilet cistern mechanism becomes blocked many times a day. Cockroaches and flies in the bathroom. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom floor drain completely blocked, smelling horrible. The sink and bathtub drains smelling horrible. Almost impossible to sleep with the windows closed, all outside noise goes through the walls like the walls don't exist.
GBNice Apartment - spacious with lots of room - two balconies - one of which was always in the shade. Nice comfy beds. Nice bedding and towels. Nice location in a quiet residential area within walking distance of supermarket and cafes. Half an hour walk to Kavala centre. 45 mins from Kavala airport by car. Plenty of free parking outside the apartment. Friendly lady greeted us and we had a quick response to a query with owner for an iron which appeared in minutes. Air conditioning was on for our arrival and worked well during our stay. A nice home from home - we really enjoyed living a Greek life for a week and would happily return.
The Wifi was a bit hit and miss and didn't always work - but it didnt spoil our stay and we didn't raise it with the owners and it's a very minor point to what was a very enjoyable stay in a nice Greek apartment.
