Everything was excellent. Location, supplies, comfort, communication, cleanness...all perfect.

A bit noisy area, but it comes with location next to main road and super busy street.

The location is very convenient to walk to town or take a bus. There is 24/7 mini market across the road and a pharmacy and many bakeries or supermarket nearby. The flat is confy, nice decorated and clean. There is 24/7 warm water and heating if it is winter or aircon for the summer period. Wi fi is pretty good as two people managed to work from home without any issues. They provide some snacks and a small wine to welcome you. Also, you can find iron, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel etc. Hosts are very friendly and open to discuss and help you. Prompt responses.

Panayiota, our host, really understands the Greek concept of Filoxenia (love and respect for the guest). Everything was thought of within the apartment. It was spotless and functional, very comfortable.

The apartment is at one of the busiest intersections of Thessaloniki Centre. It is on the second floor - so close to the street noise. The balcony overlooks this intersection and the traffic never stops. It was extremely noisy, the noise was constant and deep, always in the background, despite soundproof windows. In addition to this, from our third morning, drilling started at 8.45 a.m. through till 8.00 p.m. in the evening. This continued for 4 days until we left. It was a building zone and on the last morning there was a shower of rocks and rubble falling past our bedroom window onto the back balcony. Panayiota did offer us a discount as an apology but our stay was already ruined and money couldn't compensate that for us.

our stay in the appartment was great. the place was very clean and the facilities are new and well kept. it feels like there was thought in every little thing. the place is located walking distance from the sea and all the places to see.

This was a truly exceptional stay. Fantastic value for money, lovely neighbourhood with fantastic amenities, spotlessly clean, but the thing that made it most special was how accommodating the hosts were - I've never seen anything like it. It made our stay very special.

Very clean and well equipped appartment. Not far from the sea or shops.

Noisy (traffic) but then you always get a lot of noise.
