Best Balcony of Thessaloniki in the heart of Town

This is our second time in Theo's apartment.Everything was great,no disappointment!Apartment is very clean,location is perfect, Theo is very kind. I strongly recommend.

It was clean and quiet.In the heart of city ....Practicallly by foot you can be everywhere in 7-10 minutes .( Rutonda , Galerius Arch , Ladadika , Aristotel Square , Wgute Tower.....) Bus station at 4-5 minutes walk Market near by.Cofeeshop and sweet cookies at 5 seconds from you .

Excellent location. In the center where you can go everywhere on foot. You can see the sea from the balcony. The street is quiet, but in the afternoon you can hear great street musicians. Don't worry if you don't like to hear street noise, the soundproofing is excellent. When you close the window, you don't hear anything. The room is nice and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The host is very kind and helpful. Thank you for everything, we will recommend this place to everyone traveling to Thessaloniki.

Perfect location right on the Agias Sofias pedestrian street with a very helpful host and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Shower doesn’t have anything to hang the showerhead

I'll start with the location - it is indeed in the heart of the city, even the sea is slightly visible from the balcony 🙂. What we liked most about the flat was in fact the host - so friendly and hospitable! We saw Thessaloniki through his eyes really, he recommended so many things, we will need to come back to complete the list! Thank you Theodorus!💛 We will come back for sure.

Stayed several times! Great location, very friendly owner and with everything you might need.

The location. It's very central at walking distance of some of the most important city landmarks. The owner is also very friendly and willing to help and guide you on what to do in the city. Very nice people.

The place itself seems it was a full apartment which was compartmentalized to make 3 smaller studios which now are rented. Thus, the one I stayed in was next to what appeared was the dining room separated only by a door. Thus, it's easy to hear what's happening in the next room and can feel a bit less private for comfort. However, the people living there were in general quite quiet, so it depends on how much you would like to stay indoors.

The location is worth 10/10! Right in the heart of Agias Sofia which is a central and very safe location only a few minutes away from Aristotelous Square and The White Tower! Everything you might need is in a walking distance (shops, supermarkets and so on). The host is very friendly and always available! Also, I have already booked another stay, so that says it all!

The apartment itself is very basic - nothing over the top - but for its price and location it's perfect! I would suggest to bring earplugs for a better night sleep.
