Vosinakis House in Volos

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται δύο βήματα από την παραλία του Βόλου, ενώ από το μπαλκόνι του φαίνεται η θάλασσα και το Πήλιο. Επίσης, το μπάνιο είναι προσβάσιμο για άτομα που χρησιμοποιούν αναπηρικό αμαξίδιο. Έχει λαβές στήριξης στο ντους και στη λεκάνη.

בדירה יש ריח מעופש. המזגן נמצא רק בסלון ולכן בחדרי השינה חם. הזמנו את המקום לזוג+ 2 ילדים הדירה היתה מוכנה לזוג וילד אחד, אנחנו היינו צריכים לסדר מיטה בסלון לאחד הילדים עם מצעים לא מכובסים שנמצאים בארון. הארון היה מלא בבגדים משומשים קופסאות נעליים ישנות כמו להתארח בבית של סבתא רק שהיא לא שלך חוויה מגעילה. הזמנו 4 לילות בגלל הביקורות כאן באתר, אך ברחנו אחרי לילה אחד העדפנו לשלם תשלום כפול כי העסק לא הסכים לבטל את העיסקה ולהחזיר לנו איזשהו החזר על לילות שלא השתמשנו בדירה ורק לא להרוס לעצמנו את החופשה המשפחתית עם הדירה המדכאת הזאת!

Obsługa, lokalizacja, spokój.

Klimatyzacja - tylko w jednym pokoju, działa głośno i mało wydajnie. Formuła łazienki - bez wygrodzenia kabiny może nie wszystkim odpowiadać, zwłaszcza że woda po kąpieli jest na całej podłodze.

We stayed here 2 years ago (2022), decided to come back this year (2024) and are so glad we did. Everything was excellent. The host is very kind and helpful, as always. The apartment is clean, spacious and close to the beach and nice cafes and restaurants.

the bathroom does not correspond to Booking’s photos. There is no shower cabin so the water covers everything after the shower. -uncovered power socket & light switch, right next to the shower tower. -assortment of random worned out towels and bed sheets, is offered upon arrival. -open cases of food left in the fridge. -2 bedrooms without A/C -balcony doors without drapes of what so ever, so you have to keep the shutters closed since the neighboring balconies across the street, are only a few meters away from the sitting room and bedroom
