Studios Villa Eleni

Spotlessly clean!!! Has a private parking with enough parking space. Great position, close to the town and to all beaches. Amazing view from the terrace. Very polite, friendly and professional owners.

Bathroom definitely needs to be renovated.

The family is very very welcoming and kind, helpful. The place was clean (and maintained clean for our entire stay) and the location was very good for taking the bus (either direction) and for going to nearby beaches. Their garden is superb. There are a lot of restaurants in the area and also a shop very close. (and also a lot of cats, which was a big bonus for me :) ) Thank you!

The hosts were very helpful and kind, responsive to our needs and open for any requests. They cleaned our room every single day of our stay, changed our sheets and towels even if there was no need for that. A very good taverna is 2 minutes away, a supermarket just 50 meters away, just near the private parking.

As the location is on the main street, you can hear the traffic at night. We got used to it so there was no problem, just take this into consideration if you are the most sensitive person

- Extremely clean. Katerina does an excelent job and you can tell she does everything with love. - Beautifull garden and sea view. - As a solo traveller i felt very safe staying there. There is a whole family around:kyra Eleni, Yiannis, Katerina, Panos and they all assist to whatever help is needed. - The location is also a very good one. There are two bus stations within 5 minutes walking that take you anywhere. Bus station 15 is the closer one. Bare in mind skiathos has only one main road, with buses going back and fwd hence all you need is a bus station near by. These studios are located more or less half way through this road. Hence you are in the middle of koukounaries beach and central town. - In case you need to just go for swimming for a day without taking a bus or any travelling before it, there is a beach within walking distance at babboo bar and Agia Paraskevi. - If you feel like cooking in the room, the kitchen has all relevant facilities to do so and there is a supermarket next doors for any ingredients (but for some reason supermarkets do not sell tobacco. For this you need to go in central area eg. Chora). - There are places to eat near by (walk towards your right site while exiting the building, though i have to say Ensurio Restaurant at the left site has a menu different than the rest of the restaurants in the area and it is also worth visiting. - It is worth noting that ok, these studios do not have a pool (but that is also why it is so calm staying here) but in the case you wish to use a pool instead going to one of the 69 beautiful beaches, you can have free access to all the pools to surrounding hotels etc. So do stay here. There is nothing you cannot get if you wish so and really its calm and peaceful.

- The room and kitchen has everything a visitor might need. In the future some modernisation of furnishing would be a good idea. Its a really beautiful place and there is room for this kind of improvements that really will take the whole thing to another level. - There is not a shower phone holder and this - especially for women - is not comfortable while taking a bath.
