Stylish apartment close to Rafina port

Lovely apartment fully equipped with everything you need.

The apartment was perfect and very big. The location was very good, close to the city center and to the port in a quiet area. Free parking area around the apartment. The host was very kind. He provided all the information that we needed and answered to all our questions. The apartment was very comfortable and clean and equipped with everything you need. Big rooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. We had all that we need. We had a great time and when I come to Rafina again I will definitely stay in the same place again.

Everything was perfect.

The proximity to Rafina port to catch an early morning ferry was appreciated; the apartment was also very clean and within walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets.

We were taken by surprise by the behaviour of the host after we'd checked out. We'd arrived late in the afternoon / early evening from the airport the previous day and left very early the next morning to catch a ferry. I cleaned and tidied up after ourselves before we left but the one thing I didn't check was the toilet. It was only after receiving a not very nice message from the host that I realised that my son (who is 8) had most likely forgotten to flush the toilet before we left. We were initially accused of peeing in the shower and after I explained that hadn't happened with the host then responding that I should ask my young son about it, I realised that the host most likely meant the toilet (a miscommunication). The host then went on to say he had to use strong chemicals to get rid of the wee smell and had to wait 40 mins before he could let other guests enter. After cleaning up after two children for more than 8 years now (and being a pretty particular clean freak myself), I found it hard to imagine that strong chemicals would be needed, some bleach or a strong detergent would do the trick. The tone of the host seemed a little too aggressive and dramatic for something that was an honest mistake and entirely unintentional.

Super-guest, the house is very spacious full of all comforts and very close to the port. Perfect for one night term for those who have to take the boat early in the morning

Comfortable and good value for airport - port transfer. Very helpful host.

We stayed for one night, arriving from the airport and continuing by ferry the next morning. The apartment is big (for 4 people) and has all the amenities we would need also for a longer stay. The owner was very kind and responded quickly to messages.

Perhaps the only downside is the location – it’s a 15 min. walk uphill from the port, which can be a bit hard in the heat with a lot of luggage.
