The apartment is positioned really well in terms of proximity to the city center, touristic objectives. But Kamara area/neighborhood is not all that safe and this was the Local Police statement after we went to file a theft report, be aware we had our phone stolen mere moments on our first day in Thessaloniki, on the evening walk. The owner was hospitable.

The neighborhood is really loud, a lot of bars, terraces opened until late at night, mind you we traveled in November, not during summer vacation time or other periods of time high traveling seasons and the outside noise was felt inside the apartment really loud even if the windows and blinds were closed. The furniture is old-ish, the sofa had various stains, the kitchen furniture is old and has an unsettling smell. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, the shower curtain does not help all that much, the water gets everywhere on the bathroom floor.

The host was very attentive, the house was in a very good location, with everything you need
