Central located, very close to the beach

Only one A/C for the whole house, not very performant. Two people have the A/C directly and one almost almost doesn't have it. Small for three people. Upon arrival there were no extra bedsheets and towels for the third person and toilet paper, but the owner brought it quickly enough. No dishwasher and no shower gel or shampoo. Bathroom didn't have a fresh smell and water installations seem a bit old. The house could use renovation. Price/ quality not worth it.
