We couldn't leave the apartment keys in the key lockers; the PIN had already been changed! The owner didn't respond to phone calls, and he was unavailable.

The entrance is via digital self-check in which is fine. But more detailed answer on the exact location of the parking as well as other questions we had could have been helpful. The owners / company answered in a bot style to every question which was not even answering the question.

I forgot to take a photo of the shower, but the shower did not work. The switch for the bat tube was not functional, and they could have at least showed that on the photos and informed clients so that they know what to expect. So, if you want to wash your body without hair is not possible. Alternatively, if they charge as much as they do that could pay for the repair. Towels also are very old and didn't smell fresh so...Toilet paper also if you still plan to book this place buy your own toilet paper since they had only 1 and we arrive late on Saturday evening. On Sundays nothing worked in Thessaloniki.

Free parking behind the building, you can find a place almost always. Easy to find the apartment and pick up the keys from the locker. Also easy to leave them when you're leaving. Spacious aparment for where it is, good kitchen and bathroom size. Good stay.

If multiple people are showering, wait an hour or more so you have hot water (if it's cloudy and solar isn't working, you have to turn the electric boiler on). Not a big deal, just wait a few more minutes.
