It's in walking distance to the center.

The apartment is located in the seventh floor, but the elevator only goes up to the fifth floor.

The apartment is very well located, od the border of the center of the city (which for the main purpose of the travel was great since it is close to the Court house), close to Ladadaika neighbourhood and the Old port. The apartmen is very cosy with all the amenities. it is very silent in the apartment, because you can’t hear the traffic or any other disturbing sounds, and you can sleep like in a grave. 🙂 The host was very helpful, even though the check out is at 11,00, he even let me leave the luggage in the apartment the on the last day untill 17,00, since I had a night flight.

Lovely, compact, comfortable and very clean apartment with a beautiful view of the surrounding buildings

The building and the neighbourhood were almost abandoned
