The apartment was nice

We arrived late in the evening, the apartment was good but they forgot the window open so the room was full of moskitos (hundreds) !! At the end of the night my two sons were covered of punctures and we had to go to the Hospital …….The worst night in my life

Perfectly situated (near sea not far from port), lots of parking spaces, clean, air condition worked top, all necessary information provided by uncomplicated and friendly staff, flexible check-in.

Just a minor issue for me personally is always when the bed is too soft; no water bottle in the fridge as a welcome gift.

The host was the personification of Greek hospitality. We felt very welcomed and cared for. It was so great to learn about the adventurous offerings, and we really look forward to exploring some of them when we are next on Kos. And such a great restaurant recommendation for dinner within a very easy walk from the apartment. Very comfortable beds!

The electricity did go out, but that was not the fault of the property - it was an issue with the city.

Die Lage ist sehr gut: 5 Minuten zum Strand und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und 10 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, dennoch ruhig. Alle Apartments haben Meerblick - wunderschön vor allem für den Sonnenuntergang! Die Matratze fand ich sehr bequem und es gibt mehrere Kissen zur Auswahl. Überdurchschnittlich gut fand ich den Mückenschutz: an ALLEN Fenstern wirklich dichte, hochwertige und damit funktionierende Mückengitter, da kommt nix durch. Außergewöhnlich freundlich, zuverlässig und entgegenkommend war der Vermieter Michalis, der außer Englisch auch Deutsch spricht. Ich konnte am Anreisetag mein Zimmer vor 15 Uhr schon beziehen - danke auch an die ebenso sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Ioanna - und am Abreisetag das Zimmer noch länger nutzen. Am ersten Tag erkundigte sich Michalis von sich aus, ob alles ok sei, und als ich zwei kleinere Beschwerden hatte, wurde innerhalb von 5 Minuten (!) Abhilfe geschaffen. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt gut, es gibt Seife und Spülmittel, das Apartment ist geräumig und hatte in meinem Fall sogar 2 Balkons, auf einem auch einen Wäscheständer, MIT Wäscheklammern.

Für mich als Einzelperson hat alles gepasst. Das Apartment (ich hatte die Nummer 5) ist jedoch für 4 Personen angelegt, und darauf ist die Küchenausstattung nicht eingerichtet: Besteck, Gläser, Teller etc. ist nicht in gleichwertiger vierfacher Anzahl vorhanden, und es ist auch nicht möglich, richtig zu kochen, da es nur eine einzige Platte gibt. Nicht einmal Spaghetti mit Tomatensoße ließe sich so kochen. Für wirkliche Selbstverpflegung ist das Apartment daher aus meiner Sicht nicht geeignet.

Self check-in is fine, especially when you arrives after midnight.
