Poseidon Niki Apatment

Studios were clean, beautifully presented and comfortable.

We booked one apartment for 3 people with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Due to a mixup by the manager, we had to take two separate small studios. Not ideal.

Great location, spacious and airy with balconies on all sides.

Good location near restaurants. It is a roomy comfortable apartment with a good kitchen. It is a short walk to the beach - c 10 minutes. It was good to have a table and chairs on the patio area so we could sit out in the evening

Could have done with a mirror in the bedroom.

Perfect location, lovely flat, very accommodating host!

Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and good powerful shower. Convenient location for restaurants and shops. Daily servicing of apartment to empty toilet bin and make beds. Size of terrace.

Could not park nearby as road access to apartment permanently blocked by parked cars and surrounding roads were very narrow. Living room area in our upstairs apartment was not the one shown in photos and was much smaller. We found the view from terrace of upstairs apartment disappointing - mostly dominated by water tanks on flat roofs nearby - although could see hills and a sea in distance.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in the centre of beautiful Paleochora. It has 3 balconies, one of which is huge; with fabulous sea and Mountain Views! Everything you could need for a wonderful stay! (Even giant pegs to hold your beach towels to the sunbeds on the beach! The owner, Niki, is a wonderful, helpful lady. I would highly recommend this apartment.

It was all fabulous

Niki's apartment was in an excellent location at the top of the town. We could walk 5 or 10 minutes and reach the start of either of the beaches in Paleochora. It was also great for the seafront restaurants. It was set far enough away from the busy main street that it was quiet and peaceful at night, and noise never troubled us. Both bedrooms and the main room had air conditioning, so it was comfortable to sleep. The apartment itself also had 2 balconies, and was set high up enough that you could usually find a night breeze or a shady spot in the morning to enjoy the outside air before it became too hot. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment was serviced once a day by a very nice local woman. I either missed it in the description, or it just wasn't mentioned. The town had a well-stocked mini supermarket and a fruit and veg shop with excellent produce, so it was perfect for self-catering. There was also a very good bakery and ice-cream shop at the start of the seafront, near where the ferry comes in.

We found the wifi very spotty and unreliable. This seemed to be an issue with the connection to the Internet, since we could connect to the router but no further. The owner tried to troubleshoot the connection issues, but we ended up using our personal data allowance the few times we needed it.
