Impossible to find late at night. We were 2 women travelling late at night, booking at last minute. No assistance from owners who refused to refund when they were unable to provide instructions to get there. Everything was dark and scary, no support at all for us, no compassion, no empathy.

Location was dark and scary and impossible to locate on Google Maps or Apple Maps late at night in the dark, and no support from owners.
