Palm Luxury Studios

Renovated and clean studio in a fantastic location in Chania. Close 10 min walk by the old city center, but outside from the chaos, futhermore it is 5 min from Nea Chora Beach where there are several restaurants and bars. There are some free parks in the area. The owner was super kindly and helpful, open to each request.

Nice extra touches like sun umbrella, beach bag, laundry, well equipt kitchen, etc. Great location - 2min walk to the beach and a nice water front/restaurant area which is busy but nowhere near as rammed as the main water front in old town. Old town is still close, a 10-15min walk away.

Nothing really. The apartment is quite shaded with no sunny outdoor area - but honestly that’s not a bad thing because it’s quite nice to come back to a cool room after a long hot day out and about.

Kosta and her wife helpfullyed for me. Apartmant plece is very goog. nearly beach and old town. Thanks for every thing.

Bathroom door is litle promlemly.

Great location although a little hard to find on maps. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The kitchen was adequate for a short stay. Loved having a washing machine. Nice finishing touches around the studio.

The fridge was unusually noisy and kept Making loud noises which disturbed my sleep. The air conditioner control panel was very bright and kept the room too light for me. Quite a few mosquitos also but that was the area not the apartment.

- very clean - comfortable studio - washing machine was a plus!

- not very important but doesnt receive much sun thats why it is kind of dark, but the decoration helps.

Cozy, quiet, cleanliness.
