Nicole Studios

The studios are on the corner of a street just one street back from the harbour, a quiet spot but just steps away from a cafe, bakery, supermarket. Best parts of islands are reached easy by this location. Balcony door with mirrored glass so we couldn't be seen as our studio was on the ground floor. Daily cleaning, no problem for parking, easy check in -check out. Maria was very helpful and I was able to contact her at all times.

Great location, extremely clean and new.

The location is perfect. Just a few minutes’ walk from main street/harbor of Agia Efimia which a lovely, friendly and quiet little town. The whole place is very clean and modern, with the studios themselves being fairly spacious and well stocked. The room was very modern and clean plus a very comfortable bed with an excellent shower. Very efficient and kind host. Excellent value for money - all over, highly recommended.

Ayia Evfimia is a nice village located by the sea in a convenient spot to explore the entire island of Kefalonia. The studio was clean, well equipped and decorated beautifully. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, mirrored windows. The place is located just few minutes’ walk to the village center. Maria is super kind and cared for every request we had. Couldn't recommend enough!

Centrally located studios, right in the heart of Agia Effimia. Close to excellent bars and restaurants. The studio is spacious and extremely well-appointed with ultra-modern fittings and appliances. Balcony door with mirrored glasses so that we are not seen by passers-by. We were pleasantly surprised by the daily maid service. Free parking and easy to find very close to the studios. We recommend this place 10/10.

We were really pleased with this studio. Even though our room was on the ground floor we had no problem, the windows had mirrored glasses and we couldn't be seen from outside. The studio was extremely clean, beautiful, modern, comfortable, had a fantastic shower. Easy check in. Free parking and easy to find very close to the studio. Great location, right in the middle of Agia Effimia. Close to some beautiful beaches, very close to Myrtos Beach!! It was also excellent value for money. We will definitely stay here again!

Maria was such a warm, generous and helpful host! She really made our stay 100x better. The studio was spotless. It was cleaned every day, which was lovely to come home to each day. It was in the perfect location. Shops, restaurants, pharmacy and beaches are all in a short walking distance. Beaches are beautiful in the north of the island. I highly recommend staying here.

Spotlessly clean, well maintained throughout, owner lovely and super helpful. The studio was cleaned every day, towels changed every 2 days, sheets changed midway through the week. Maria could not be more helpful with tips on restaurants and places to visit. A real pleasure from start to finish we didn’t want to go home. We highly recommend and will be returning soon.

We fell in love with Agia Effimia and Nicole Studios. It was perfectly situated at the middle of the village, close to all the great restaurants and bars. We had a ground floor apartment which was perfect. Modern, stylish, well equipped, sparkling clean. Booked at last minute due to flight delays, host was exceedingly helpful and welcoming even though we didn’t arrive until 11pm. Would love to stay here longer.
