Zona centrala, langa faleza si punce de interes. Spatiu suficent, bine compartimentat si modern.

Din pacate camerele nu aveau lumina, iar cele care aveau (livingul si un dormitor) nu aveau intimitate (foarte aproape de blocul vecin). Oricum nu este vina proprietarului. Asa erau toate blocurile din zona
