Natural Green Apartment

Beautiful panorama with a view to the hills and mountains and olive groves. Good location, if you have a car. Beautiful beaches are available with a 3-5 minutes drive. Center of Plakias with supermarkets and tavernas is also 5 minutes drive. Famous Kourtaliotiko Gorge and Preveli beach with palm trees are also easily accessible. Regarding the apartment, it has good arrangement and 2 baths and comfortable beds. There are 3 air conditioner units to make temperature ideal for you. Host is also very kind and helpful, giving hints to visit places and providing some small welcome gifts.

Cleaning was only partly done, however we arrived at the apartment on time in the regular check in hours. Floor was dusty, some pillow covers were still missing upon our arrival. Issues were solved thanks to our host, but it was inconvenient situation. Vacuum cleaner should be used instead of swipe, that would solve a lot of problem together with a thorough cleaning lady. // Although we had a TV, we did not have channels available at all for a couple of days. Later only a few channels and none of them broadcasted Football Euro Cup. :( // Although there are 2 bathrooms, wash basins are so little, that even face cannot be washed. We needed to go to the kitchen to wash face. // Although apartment is nice and well designed, chairs in the dining room are very inconvenient. Lighting is also missing there. // There is a nice terrace, that would be ideal to relax in the shade, but that is cats' place, we could not use at all. If someone loves all cats, then just perfect. :) // We were unlucky with the weather a bit in early July, since there was very strong wind, that generated very strong noises. We could hardly sleep in the last 2 days, despite of comfy beds. // Some doors were very difficult to close, one could not be closed at all. // Frankly speaking, we were disappointed a bit. :( This apartment could have been really-really nice with more care. Sometimes being kind might not be enough. It really does matter, how long you stay and how many people are in your group. This apartment with current conditions might be ideal for 2 people for a 2-3-night stay. We were 4 with 2 kids for a 6-night stay. Maybe our expectations were too high or we had too good experiences with other apartments before. I think, most of the problems can be easily fixed. If so, I would return and enjoy holiday. Without fixing these issues, I would choose another place next time.

Spaceful & comfortable, nicely arranged apt. Clean, with wrll equipped kitchen. You feel like home staying here. 2 bathrooms/ balconies and a terrace- all according to the description. Outstanding traditional snacks home made surpirsed us:) Great contact with the hostess. I Appreciate and recommend to all!

Nespresso coffee, cakes and mineral water available. Nice terrace. Great view from the bedroom balconies. The bedrooms have their own bathrooms.

Angelika created a very charming and warm apartment. We felt very welcomed and would definitely go back anytime. The apartment is located close to many beaches and you can reach them easily. The view is amazing and you can watch the sunset above olive trees from your balcony, wonderful!! Thank you again!

Angeliki met us upon the arrival time, handed over the keys and recommended some great tavernas to enjoy during our stay. The apartment is big and located in a quiet area on the hill among olive trees between Damnoni and Plakias. It has everything a family of 3 needs for a wonderful 2 week vacation. We had a car and could drive around to the beaches and explore the surroundings, our daughter went horse-riding in the neighbouring horse-riding center, we enjoyed dinner on the beach at the many restaurants in Plakias. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and we look forward to going back! Thank you, Angeliki also for the great gifts both at arrival and departure. ❤️🔅
