The most important advantage of this accommodation is the host, Nino. She is super responsive, friendly, and tries to help in any situation. The apartment has two bedrooms and a really large living area combined with a kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need, including dishes, a stove, and a kettle. The apartment also has several air conditioners and Wi-Fi. Although it is not hot inside without air conditioning, which is very important for Tbilisi in the summer. The location is very convenient, with many shops, cafes, and a metro station nearby. You can reach the city centre in 10 minutes by metro. On the other hand, in 15-20 minutes you can walk to the city market, where you can buy everything you want, including the freshest and most inexpensive fruits and vegetables. In general, I sincerely recommend these apartments.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Tbilisi! The location was perfect — close to everything yet in a quiet, comfortable area. The house itself was spotless and very well maintained. Our host was truly amazing: warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her hospitality made the stay even more special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

The apartment was clean and convenient. The location is in heart tbilisi in a busy area. The host is amazing, helpful and informative. She give local advices and recommendations to help the visitor explores the city. Place is so safe and reliable.

It’s super clean, close to the main road, shops and restaurants, at the center of the city. It has a big yard if you have a car, there is a beautiful seating area. The apartment is very big and has all the required equipment. Completely recommend for families or groups as it has singe beds and double beds.

The owner is easy to communicate in English. She is friendly and helpful，allowing us check in early. She lives next to our apartment and easy to ask for help. Our flight is in the night and she lets us leave the luggage in the apartment. She also helps us book a car to the airport. The apartment is big, new and clean with everything you need. Although it is not in the old town ，it is only 5 minutes walk to the metro station and with 2 stops you are in freedom square. And the price is quite atrravtive.
