Could be better cleaned, pool with no hot water, water flooding from the pool

There were two bottles of water in the fridge waiting for us. Also there was coffe and a coffe machine. The building was modern, something hard to find in the centre of Thessaloniki.

The only reason we booked this room was because of the pool. We booked only for a day just so that we could have a swim. As soon as we entered we saw the pool was full of little flies and mosquitoes as well as feathers of pigeons. At night also, pigeons came and bathed in the pool! There was no nate or pool cover so that this wouldnt happen. The pool was dirty so we didnt use it, there goes all the extra money we paid for it and the only reason we booked. Next, the room is so far from the wifi modem, only one person can use the internet at a time! Also, every 4 minuites, the wifi disconnects because of the wifi signal. Lastly, when i first went to use the bathroom, i saw that the conteiner of the hands soap was probably broken and soap was all over the sink. It had also kind of hardened, so that made me question wether the bathroom had been properly cleaned! On top of all that, once our stay was over, they texted me to make sure i leave a positive review so that i would get a discount on my next booking, I politely diclined, and listed all the things that went wrong, but got no answer back! P.s. The room might be on a good location of the city, but is near a school… So on school days there is so much noise you are going to wake up really early.

I loved the appartment, my own pool and the location. Check-in with the key locker worked perfectly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it as a comfy base to explore Thessaloniki.

WiFi was very unstable in the apparent but ok outside by the pool.. Toilet flush did not work properly. It sometimes did not refill automatically but needed some help by pressing the flush button a lot.

Wifi didn't work, room & linen was clean, plates and cups was not

The location was great. Right near the edge of the centre and close to shops and the sea. It was also very convenient to have a washing machine in the basement.

On arrival the large plant was on its side and the general area near the jacuzzi was a bit untidy. The bathroom became steamy very quickly and didn't dry easily. The gym was a bit sad, with some dated equipment.

Very hellfull people, stylish, comfy, great location.
