"Superb"

There is a park nearby. Therefore, I was able to wake up every morning to the chirpinng of birds and had very refreshing morning.

"A lovely little “home away from home”."

The location is fantastic. Nice and spacious little apartment. Useful table to work and have breakfast. The little leafy green balcony is also beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the quilted bedding. Lots of cupboard space for clothes etc.

Finding the right entrance was a little tricky at first: there are two places with the Nr. 5 on Niko Nikoladze Street. The correct door is on the left (with a white “5” sign). There were a lot of flies buzzing around all the time (but maybe that’s normal for this time of year). The hot water went off at one point, but I did report the problem to Katie and it was quickly restored.
