Fabulous location. Andreas was a great host. Replied with any queries very quickly.

My only gripe was the mattress in the double room. Very hard,but some might like that.

"You have to be able to sleep with traffic noise all night"

smooth comm and check-in, bus stop literally downstairs, many shops around including the restaurants and shop - everything you need is in the proximity of the apartment. A few towels were missing, but sorted out within an hour - amazing!

"Spacious apartment with great location suitable for a family trip"

First of all, Andrew was very helpful with detailed instructions and very responsive. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and was exactly as stated in the booking description. It is also easily accessible with a stroller. The balcony is amazing! Probably the biggest balcony a 75m2 apartment can have :). The location is excellent, easy to get by car, bus stop in front of the building, supermarket right around the corner, paid parking is close in case you don't find an empty place on the streets which is free and a lot of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Also the port and the sea side are very close and you can reach the busy nightlife part of the town in just a couple of minutes of walking.

Nor that I didn't like it, but someone might - There was occasional noise from motorbikes and cars rushing down the main street in 2-3am, but it is expected when the location is like that. I am used to it and it was not too loud as the apartment has good isolation from the outside. But, if you are coming from a very quite, countryside neighborhood you might find it anoying.
