Seaside Paradise - Elegant & Modern Apartment in Nea Makri

Close by to centre and beachside. A lovely apartment. Very clean and well equipped.

All was very good. Couldn’t find the iron. It had a small iron board but no iron. Otherwise the apartment had everything you need. Great unit.

Great location. 7-8 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Loved the terrace. Good internet and entertainment system. Very clean. Thanks again for everything.

Everything was excellent.

Shaded balcony which was a welcome relief. Very spacious. Updated air-con system throughout. Excellent wardrobe space and superb comfy bed. Very close to everything you could need. The supermarket is within a 5 min walk and cafe’s/ restaurants and the beach within 10 min.

I don’t want this to sound scathing as the apartment itself was lovely - there are just a few things that left us with a sour taste. We had booked airport transfers through the owner, after arriving and being unable to find him I called to be told he had covid and couldn’t pick us up. There had been a message sent but obviously I was flying and my phone was off so I did not get it. We had the foresight to message ahead of time for the return to double check if the return journey was ok - to be told he was out of the city, now he should have contacted us to tell us this. The bathroom flooded due to the air-con and although it was partially fixed we did have a few occasions where we had to mop it up again. The new air con system hasn’t even been covered up (pic attached). The kitchen has little to no equipment (1x mug, 1x pot and pan). The couch has a rip in it and that comfy egg chair in the pictures is actually falling apart. We had pretty much had enough after checking the whole return thing and left a night early.
