Etereo Suite

The accomodation was lovely and clean and big.

It was a little difficult to find. The sign from the street didn't include our suite name and it is down a dirt road so it doesn't look like the exit we needed to take.

Beautiful, spacious room, & exceptionally clean! The staff are all very friendly and treat you like family. They even cooked us traditional cheese pies on the day it was raining and had to stay indoors. The pool and outdoor area is lovely and large in size with a great view. The host organized scooters to be dropped off to the villa for us as well as transfer pickup & drop off from the airport - we were also greeted with a basket of complimentary breakfast treats plus some! Great location too - We will return!

The staff was very nice and easy to get in touch with. The room itself was very clean. They also helped us rent an ATV which made the entire island accessible!

We paid nearly €2,000 for a “luxury” stay at Etereo Suite, but experienced serious health and safety issues (mold in AC, water failures, undisclosed privacy issues, multiple broken amenities and misrepresented advertising (privacy, Wi-Fi, replenishment) made the stay stressful and not relaxing. For €500 per night, this was not acceptable. After speaking to the property/Booking.com they claimed we never checked in! Very deceptive even though we took timestamp photos during our stay and interacted with staff - they clearly are trying to cover this up and know they are in the wrong! Requesting a refund as the property did not deliver what was advertised.

Belle terrasse, bel espace, bien placé, propre, arrangeant sur les horaires d’arrivée et de sortie

Nous avons été réveillé tous les matins à 5:30 par des bruits venant des appartements du dessus (portes qui claquent, bruits de plomberie, etc). Le petit déjeuner est très moyen (biscottes et un ou deux yaourt), et des brioches très sèches, avec une seule bouteille d’eau minérale pour trois jours. Pour une suite a ce prix, nous n’avons pas pu nous reposer correctement. Il y a un grand manque d’intimité également sur la terrasse et le jacuzzi, car il y a une terrasse des appartements du dessus donnant directement sur la nôtre, avec des gens mettant de la musique sur leur téléphone et regardant sur notre terrasse.
