Christos house-- Comfortable apartment with great view and private parking !

Casa nuova dotata di tutto, veranda con vista sul mare e sulla città, meravigliosa. Cucina attrezzatissima con forno a microonde e macchina del caffè. Bagno pulito e funzionale. La consiglio a tutti. Christos è gentilissimo e disponibile a venire incontro ad ogni esigenza e molto comprensivo con i bambini.

Amazing unobstructed sea view from the large terrace with shadow, private car parking place in shadow, also. All amenities are of good quality and well maintained, good water pressure, control and drainage for the shower, every room has an A/C fully capable to cooldown the apartment on outside high air temperature close to 40 C. Nearby public transport and taxi stations are available in case walkdown to downtown is not the preferred choice for visiting Kavala castle, Imaret Hotel, shopping area, port taverns and many other attractions, as the apartment is located on hill. Very good communication with the nice and helpful host.

Just to mention something, small and medium car size parking is OK, but not appropriate for large SUVs even this was not our case.

Location is up to hill, not too far away from the center. View is amazing and picturesque. Host was really nice, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. The apartment is fully equipped, has a large kitchen, dining area, cozy living room, hot water, fresh towels. Rooms are all equipped by climatization. It can be used for a longer stay, as well. There are cool and inspirative terrasses, although high and we were careful.

A lot of space for a whole family. Beautiful view of Kavala.
