Τέλεια τοποθεσία, άριστη επικοινωνία και ενδιαφέρον από τον ιδιοκτήτη, όλες οι παροχές που χρειαστήκαμε για την διαμονή μαζί με το μωρό μας. Ήσυχο σπίτι με αρχοντική αύρα, καθαρό και άνετο με άπλετο φως. Βρίσκεται δίπλα στα μαγαζιά, καφέ και εστιατόρια και 5 λεπτά από το λιμάνι της Αίγινας με τα πόδια. Ξεκάθαρα θα το ξαναεπιλέξουμε. Αισθανθήκαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nella casa di kostantinos!Lui e sua moglie ci hanno accolto con molta ospitalità, lui è venuto a prenderci al porto e ci ha accompagnato all'appartamento, ci hanno accolti con della frutta fresca,prosecco di benvenuto e cioccolata!La casa pulitissima e attrezzata di tutto, comoda con ampi spazi!La casa è in una posizione strategica!Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, grazie di tutto!

Abbiamo avuto un giorno un problema con l acqua, ma non legato all' appartamento ma a dei lavori che stavano facendo nella zona per un problema, siamo stati parecchie ore senza acqua, ma ovviamente non c' entra nulla con l appartamento!

You get a whole house for yourself. It was close to the sea 30 meters , very close to all the cafes and restaurants and supermarket and fish market. Close to the bus station and close to the port. You commute everywhere by foot. Comfortable house with all amenities, clean with a large bedroom, separate kitchen, dining room, TV room and large veranda. It has the ideal location that is 1 minute away from everything on foot. I will definitely book this accommodation for my stay next year. It was exceptional.

Very nice apartment - clean and plenty of amenities, especially the air conditioning. The actual location of the apartment is very close to plenty of shops and restaurants but down a small alley - so it's nice and quiet at night. The apartment also has lots of outside space- in particular a balcony from the living room and an outdoor terrace. The owner met us on the day and was in contact throughout our holiday - highly recommend staying here

We loved our stay in this apartment. It is traditionally decorated which is what we loved but has all mod cons. Very spacious. We loved the balconies in the gorgeous setting. Location is excellent. A two minute walk up a beautiful little alley roadway to the beachfront and village streets. Our host was very nice and met us to hand over the keys and collect. He made everything very easy. We hope to return in the future. Have no hesitation in recommending a stay in this lovely apartment.

The spacious and bright apartment offered us all the conditions to have a pleasant vacation. The special attention to details, the cleanliness of the house and the way things were taken care of, even with the imprint of time on them, impressed us. There are those vintage things, quality furniture and classic accessories that bring you closer to the feeling of home, to your parents or grandparents. The modern facilities were also very helpful: washing machine, oven, stove, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, even multiple options for preparing coffee (Greek, filter, mocha, frappe) and many others perfectly functional. For us, this proves that Mr. Konstantions wants his guests to feel very comfortable in his house and he succeeded. We also appreciated the small welcome gift and we returned the gesture as a sign of thanks for the 4 perfect days. We thank you very much and hope to see you next time in person. A&M

It was a spacious and very comfortable property with everything we needed for a very pleasant stay on hand. It had a lovely balcony where we could sit in the shade during the heat of the day and it was a very short walk from the beach

We were led to believe we could leave our bags at the property during the day before taking the ferry later in the evening. We couldn't and we had to cart our heavy bags around with us all day. it marred what was otherwise a very pleasant stay
