It is close to the city , the view is very nice. On the map it shows right by the beach but it is on the hill , it is not that close Chris was very nice guy he gave us good recommendation for dinner and even for Chalkidiki.

We booked for one night on our way to Chalkidiki , we let the property know when we cross the border from Türkiye and when leaving Alexandroupoli , when we arrived at 17.30 the apartment was not ready even though the check in time was 15.00 .we changed our bathing suit and went to beach while they cleaned the apartment , ( but sloppy job since they hurry) Apartment is a little worn out , broken trash etc. Since it is by the road beware of the traffic noise at night .

Страхотно местенце, невероятно красива гледка. Много е мил собственика, беше удобно чистичко имаше всичко необходимо.

Колите от пътя бяха по шумни, но не беше чак проблем.

We only stayed for one night. The place is very beautiful. The sea is right in front of you. There is only a slight parking problem, but the owners are very helpful. They really made us feel that they were there for us with their extraordinary efforts. It is a clean, functional, and affordable facility.

The distance of the property to the center

There is no terrace overlooking the sea and it is not beachfront, as you need to cross a street and walk 50 m to a nearby beach. The amenities are not really modern and even on the terrace in the back there were no chairs or a table so we spent our days inside the apartment.

Very nice and cosy apartment close to downtown Kavala with an amazing view.

The apartment is on the street and sometimes it is noisy, but it was OK. The nights were quiet.

The place it is very nice.Neer the center and the beach.

Cleaning of the apartment was very weak and the place had a bad smell

A beautiful spacious balcony with athe stunning view, since the very dawn, with the sunlight reflected by the sea surface. The view scopes the whole bay and the old town.

Since we stayed in Kavala during November, it was cold outside so air-condition heating was not sufficient to warm the inside space to the pleasant temperature.
