The views are stunning. The host is beautiful and the rooms are impeccable

Beautifully presented accommodation, very clean and comfortable. Best location and view in Avlemonas I think and Avlemonas is very picturesque. Constadina was lovely and friendly and always had some fresh melon or home made bread for me each day. I really enjoyed my stay here.

These properties by the bay are lovely, very nice staff, well organised, good views, well equipped and create a lovely relaxed stay in a stunning wee village. Its a real laid back place to be and will rejuvinate any weary person needing a good chilled break.

We would have liked two beds, but they did try. My booking made many months before could not be changed.

Our stay at Avlemonas bay sea houses, was beyond expectations! The view from our balcony made they whole experience spectacular, as we could see the whole Avlemonas bay from the comfort of our room and enjoy it during the day and especially during the evening as the sun was setting. The room was very clean and pretty spacious for 2 people. Simply Avlemonas’ best balcony view! Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Needs blackout blinds so you can sleep in!!

Loved the property, very clean. Although the couple didn’t speak a word of English they were very friendly and thru mobile translation were able to communicate with us. They were always smiling and willing to help.

Very good and quiet position. It's a big room area, especially for kythira.

The shower was very tight

the location of the complex was superb. deep water inlets which are perfect for swimming.
