Great location, the heart of the New Year's Eve Party. Very clean. Loved the Christmas decorations and the treats that the owner left for us. A great start to 2024!

Clean, close to the center. We received a bottle of wine, coffee. We had cold water, hot water for the shower, functional wifi/air/tv, lovely books left for browsing

very noisy because of the music outside and people partying loudly until around 3-4 in the morning. the windows didn't insulate sound at all
