Winterfell in New Gudauri

It's all the things you need for a no frills ski holiday. Great to have the locker downstairs for all the ski attire, very warm- we had a washing machine which was useful. Lovely views and handy location. We have booked to stay again already.

Not value for the money, after seeing so many reviews I booked this appartment even though the cost is more but totally disappointed by there service guys before giving money check all the facilities and equipment are at working condition in my case the stove heating element it s not working I requested for repair or replacement the guy he collected money and said manitantce team will attend after so many messages and call no reply or no response from the management at late night they provided us with induction heating element but no use the utensils not suitable for induction only one item was suitable but not cooking for any food items i was staying with with my kids one is 2 and other is 6 years old I want to prepare food for my kids but I couldn't finally the host she is telling at night 9.30pm if I give refund you will check out the room is this the behaviour with the guest if she said it earlier during our check in process this room don't have cooking element that time itself I could have managed it they know that this room having issues even though they give us.. the guy he collected the money and left. Guys before giving money check everything it's working condition or not or else your trip or plan will be disappointed by there service. I requested for partial refund but no response about refund after asking so many times also while checking out they said okay dear thank you by message...what's the use

The location was perfect and the staff (Levine) was incredibly accommodating - the room I had originally booked was under repair so he assigned me to one room for the first night and then kindly moved my belongings to my new room once it was ready while I was out skiing. Incredibly helpful!

It was very noisy, the walls and doors etc. are very thin so if you’re a light sleeper like I am, the room above you and the hallway is very loud. Otherwise, perfect location and very clean - can’t complain.

Location is good, just a few steps from the slopes. Property management were very helpful and responsive.

We stayed in an apartment on the first floor of Loft 1 for 4 nights. Right below the apartment is a taxi stop and a 24-hour supermarket. It was impossible to sleep because of the constant noise (taxi drivers shouting, cars, drunk people outside the supermarket, police sirens). There is a lot of light from outside. The photo in my review was taken through the curtain at 4am to show the amount of light coming through. Building receptionists are unwelcoming and rude. We left one day before planned because we could not sleep!
