Amazing view and very well furnished apartment with amenities.

This was quite a last minute booking and we struck lucky! The accommodation is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It is a peaceful location tucked away by the beach but very convenient for the shops and restaurants of Gouvia. We hired a car and found it a good base for exploring the island.

There really isn’t anything to complain about but just a couple of thoughts; some sort of lighting on the side of the building would be helpful as it’s extremely dark at night. Also, the Eucalyptus trees in front of the balcony are very big now compared to the photos on here. They do block the view from the balcony so perhaps could be pruned back a bit.

A great studio apartment in a lovely peaceful location. It contained everything we needed including iron, hairdryer, towels, a fully equipped (small) kitchen along with tea and coffee, tv. The owner had added little touches like mosquito repellent, beach mats and parasol, books and travel adaptors. We literally walked out of the door onto a beautiful pebbled beach which had plenty of sun beds to hire along with parasols, water sports and beach bars/restaurants. The town centre was a two minute walk away and was filled with plenty of places to eat and drink.

The only problem we had was that the beds were slightly uncomfortable (a bit too hard for us) but other than that minor issue the place was fantastic!

Beautiful, new, modern Studio with a really nice sea view from the large terrace, and just a few steps from the beach itself. Well equipped kitchenette and pretty much everything you need for a 10 day stay - we really felt like home. The trees and plants around it make for an exotic/tropical setting, too. Lots of space to park (parking is public, but no one parks in front of these studios so you may consider it as your private parking - no one ever parked in 'my' spot in front of the studio). Will absolutely stay here again! Thank you.
